Welcome to PillBox. These Terms and Conditions govern your download, installation, and use of the mobile application developed by KodeSehari. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Medical Disclaimer: PillBox is a utility tool for logging medication schedules and symptoms. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional before making any changes to your medication regimen.

1. License & Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on a mobile device that you own or control. You agree not to copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the Application in any manner.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

The accuracy of the medication schedules and dosages you input.
Ensuring your mobile device is secure to prevent unauthorized access to your private database.
Checking notifications and alerts on your device to stay updated on your schedules.

PillBox relies on local device notifications; we are not responsible if device settings, battery optimization, or system constraints block notifications from showing.

3. Privacy & Data Storage

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, PillBox functions offline-first. All data you input resides locally on your device. We do not have access to your database and cannot assist in data recovery. In the event of device failure, database deletion, or application uninstallation, your data will be permanently deleted.

4. Premium Subscriptions

We offer a PillBox Premium subscription to disable advertisements. Payments are handled via Google Play In-App Purchases and subscription services. Auto-renewals and cancellations are managed directly through your Google Play Account settings. We do not process refunds; please refer to Google Play’s refund policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KodeSehari shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to missed medications, symptom escalation, or data loss.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be updated on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
