PillBox (the "Application") is a mobile application developed by KodeSehari ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy details how we handle user data.

100% Offline and Private Architecture: PillBox is built with an offline-first design. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal data or medical information. All information you log remains entirely on your local device.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information, medical data, or device usage logs. The Application uses a local database (SQLite) stored securely on your mobile device to save:

Medication names, dosage information, and scheduled intake timings.
Symptom logs, health complaints, and notes.
Basic medical conditions or diseases you track.
Your preferred application language setting (English or Indonesian).

This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third parties.

2. Database & Data Security

Since your health data is stored exclusively on your device, its security depends on the security of your device. We recommend securing your mobile device with password/biometric access. We do not have access to your local database files and cannot recover or restore your data if your device is lost or formatted.

3. Third-Party Services

For users using the free version of the Application, we use third-party advertisement networks (such as Google AdMob) to display advertisements. These networks may collect and process device-specific information (such as advertising IDs) to serve relevant ads. Please refer to their privacy policies for more information on how they manage user data.

Users who purchase the PillBox Premium subscription have all advertisements disabled, preventing ad network data collection.

4. User Control & Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can delete all your records at any time by:

Navigating to the Profile tab in the Application and choosing Reset Database.
Clearing the Application data/cache within your Android device settings.
Uninstalling the Application from your device.

All these actions will immediately and permanently erase 100% of your records from your device.
