Data Deletion Instructions

Last Updated: June 26, 2026

At KodeSehari, we value your privacy and believe you should have complete ownership of your personal health data. Since PillBox operates entirely offline, we do not collect, transfer, or save any of your information on external servers or cloud databases.

Therefore, we cannot delete your data remotely. Instead, you can delete all your data instantly and permanently from your own device.

Note: Deleting your database is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your logs, schedules, and medical histories cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Data

You can use any of the following methods to remove your entire database from your device:

  1. Method 1: Reset Database directly within the App
Open PillBox, navigate to the Profile tab, scroll to the database options, and tap Reset Database. Confirm your action. This will clear the entire local database immediately.
  2. Method 2: Clear Application Storage via Android Settings
Open your device's Settings app → go to Apps or Application Manager → find and select PillBox → tap on Storage → tap Clear Data. This resets the application to its original installed state and deletes all local data.
  3. Method 3: Uninstall the Application
Tap and hold the PillBox app icon on your device launcher, select Uninstall, and confirm. Android automatically deletes the local folder structure, including all databases and caches, upon uninstallation.
